SINGAPORE — E-commerce company Shopee said on Monday that the behaviour of several of its delivery workers seen throwing and mishandling delivery packages in a viral video was"unacceptable".
Two delivery workers can be seen throwing multiple packages from the back of a Shopee Express van parked at an unidentified carpark in what looks like a public housing estate towards a void deck.
None of the packages were labelled 'Fragile' so it was in order to relocate them via an aerial route to ensure increased employee satisfaction.
Our parcel was tossed into our compound and damaged the item too…. Very irresponsible!
Unacceptable but we still need them so it’s ok..
Who will dare to say acceptable, though this happens...
