The entrepreneur is planning to open a coffee shop and hopes to use her newfound knowledge to expand her portfolio of F&B businesses.

Not only does the 44-year-old run a number of F&B businesses , she has enrolled in a renowned global business administration programme at INSEAD.course is highly sought after and she was among 200 candidates, which includes CEOs of multinational companies, to be selected.The programme has taken her to countries like France, Singapore and Dubai for classes, as well as visits to large corporations in the United States, Israel and Brazil.

“What’s unique about this course is that it’s global. Where can you find a course where you can learn from big corporations in other countries? I have to work hard to learn how to manage a business well,” said Bernice.But that doesn’t mean she is taking a break from showbiz entirely.She also has shows that are in collaboration with the embassies of other nations.Though her studies are going well, her F&B businesses have been hit hard by the pandemic.

“[But] We have to constantly think of new ideas and can’t stand still. For example, we closed the central kitchen and are now in talks with shareholders to open a coffee shop. But we also have to consider carefully things like the location of the store, where to source goods, coffee machines, and plan all details well,” she said.
