Once your inspection is completed and approved, your registration fee will be collected and you will receive your Limited Food Establishment license. The registration fee is $35 and you can pay by check or money order, payable to “Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.”: You will be sent a letter telling you why the plans were not approved.
