Those attending the NFL’s championship game, which will be played in Glendale on Feb. 12, can expect an elevated food and beverage menu.
“We’ve been working on our menus for the last year, at least,” Huemmer said. “A lot of the sourcing that we’ve done takes time. For example, our kielbasa is locally sourced.”Craft Culinary, which runs all the food and beverage at State Farm Stadium, worked with the NFL to make sure everyone signed off on the menu for the big game.
Huemmer said his favorite new item is the Spicy Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich, which has gochujang aioli and a kimchi slaw. Other new items include Navajoland Frybread Avocado Toast and Lobster Tacos.
