Report from William Fry finds total value of mergers and acquisitions is down 2% on 2021, but the Irish market is “weathering the storm” better than most

A total of 300 deals were recorded within the Irish mergers and acquisitions market in 2022, a drop of 2 per cent since 2021, according to William Fry, the law firm.
