I suspect the claimant had not read all the Ts&Cs , they are usually in small uninteresting fond on the contract. So he must involve the lawyers at this stage.

It’s quite hectic out here…I had my fair share of ill treatment by iwyze. Not only did they reject my claim but they stripped my vehicle into pieces before they sent me the rejection letter… Piece of advise.. stay away from iwyze if you want piece of mind

There's no scam bigger than insurance. Sales pitch always based on inflated risk profiling. Claims settlement history shows conservative risk events actually suffered by clients. Then they brag about huge profits. Actuarial scum.
