The SA Revenue Service on Tuesday confirmed President Cyril Ramaphosa and his companies, Ntaba Nyoni Estate and Ntaba Nyoni Feedlot, are tax compliant.

“Taxpayers are detected for compliance interventions based on the sophisticated case- selection methodology developed by Sars that draws on available data from statutory declarations by taxpayers, data from third party providers as well as other sources. Sars conducts its compliance interventions with utmost care and independence,” reads the statement.

“Together with treating every taxpayer with the confidentiality granted in law, this level of professional integrity, beyond reproach, is fundamental to the public having confidence in Sars. We will always honour these principles and will not favour anyone regardless,” Sars said.

So how is it that this is tax compliant? Please someone make me understand this..

Both stories confirmed by SARS

Once upon a time. one criminal communist enterprise clears another communist criminal and all the starving fools are happy. The end.

Good news

factory of propaganda

what is the problem, SARS has spoken, he is compliant, he paid tax on all the dollars, even the stolen one, they must charges the robbers for not declaring the income and tax evasions , is that not how SARS works, the only question in my mind which dollars is which ?

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Now where are the haters and pushers of adversarial politics?

Anybody asked if those companies were not tax compliant? Was there any issue about their compliance?

This actually means nothing. Being tax compliant does not in any way mean that an individual is honest in their dealings.

30% pass mark employees at sars

We've been here before, don't worry. Remember when we were told that a Swimming pool was a Fire pool? We had demos and all.... PhalaPhalaFarmGate ICanWithAbsa InternationalWomensDay cabinetreshuffle CR17BankStatements

What does the Reserve Bank say?

🤣🤣🤣how can they be tax compliant while they never declared millions of $'s....t

Nobody cares about his company’s compliance that was not even the issue to begin with …SARS is trolling us, we don’t even need this information

That was never the point sarstax.

That’s not an issue, the issue is the dollars that were stolen in his farm. Were those dollars declared?

The question remains , was the $ declared as income to SARS ?

Nobody asked that question. Did he declare income in dollars? Why not converted to rands. It’s not a tax issue. It’s a forex issue. And a money laundering one. Punishable with jail

Is that even possible with undeclared forex receipts ?

Taxman says Cyril Ramaphosa and his companies are tax compliantThe SA Revenue Service (Sars) on Tuesday confirmed President Cyril Ramaphosa and his companies, Ntaba Nyoni Estate and Ntaba Nyoni Feedlot, are tax compliant. When did that happen cos the undeclared money in foreign currency was hidden at his farm? Was it b4 or after the incident? If b4 then why didn't Cyril declare em days after? SARS is Mustafarin us. A fugitive from Sudan via Dubai brought undeclared US Dollars to PhalaPhala. What Sars is doing is totally irrelevant and shows bias. We just wanna know if he declared the dollars. We dont know about his complaint status

It will end in tears. That commissioner is out of order to issue nonsensical statements in defense of Ramaphosa. It seems that SARS is going out of its way to protect the Presidents illegal stashing of US $ in his game farm. However in the interview lat night it was made plainly clear that we the ordinary citizens may not and will not be allowed the same privileges given to the President. 🤣🤣🤣🤣....we never asked about that,we wanna know if he declared the foreign currency which is/was on his possession....does the law allow him to trade with such amount of cold hard cash of foreign currency
