JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng MEC for Finance Jacob Mamabolo said that his office wanted to settle all the province's unpaid invoices to service providers.

Mamabolo said that a large part of the R158 billion budget was geared towards social transformation and the township economy. As such, Mamabolo said the department would be launching a dispute resolution email service to ensure service providers were paid on time.
