The spare parts market, mostly owned by Ndigbo, was allegedly attacked and burnt down the early hours of Wednesday by yet-to-be-identified persons. Ogene called on the Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo Olu, to urgently intervene in the on-going face-off between Ndigbo and the suspected thugs, allegedly working for a certain political party in the state before it gets out of control.
