The existing business is set to move to a new location

According to an update posted this afternoon, Nolans is moving to a new location within the High Street. It apologised"for any inconvenience" and added that it is set to reopen on August 7.

The property listing, by chartered surveyors Perry Holt, says: “The property is prominently located on the High Street in Rickmansworth, an affluent commuter town, and close to a number of restaurants, pubs, and shops such as Costa Coffee, Café Nero, and Boots.”The unit only spans the size of around two and a half parking spaces and is just two doors down from M&Co’s unit, which isThe M&Co unit, however, is 15 times the size with a £85,000 a year rent.
