Of the FTSE 100 constituents, wholesalers company RS Group PLC RS1, -3.52% saw the largest decline Friday, as shares shed 3.52%

Intermediate Capital Group PLC ICP, -2.85%, an investment advisors company, and clothing retail firm JD Sports Fashion PLC JD, -2.41% rounded out the top five largest decreases as their stocks dropped 2.85% and 2.41%, respectively. Shares of food retail firm Tesco PLC TSCO, +1.30% and advertising/marketing/public relations company WPP PLC WPP, +0.92% climbed 1.30% and 0.92%, respectively.

The pound was down 0.07% against dollar GBPUSD, -0.06% at $1.2737 and 0.10% against the euro GBPEUR, -0.07% at €1.1713.
