That seems very low

If you read the article this is an estimate of the damage caused to oil and gas facilities by climate change It is not pricing the cost of dealing with climate change into O&G share prices.

How much disposable income would consumers have clipped from bottom line if held accountable for their own household emissions? 46% of total emissions attributable to households in Canada. Devaluing energy suppliers further will ensure consuners pay more. Just sayin. GasHouses

I have a feeling this is a huge underestimate.
