Requiring flight attendants to wear makeup forced them to do two jobs at once – actually look after passengers and play at being stereotypical air-hostesses

Aged 16 I was told to wear make up and I would 'definitely' get a pay rise as men 'like that sort of thing'. I was selling mens shoes in Lilley and Skinners, Brent Cross Shopping Centre (circa 1992)! I didn't wear make up and was still their top sales person 🙂

And can they also stop naming their planes after woman.

Interestingly the new policy seems very unpopular with their female employees. Btw other shades are still not allowed it’s red or none zoesqwilliams
