Europe is moving unexpectedly quickly to restrict Chinese access to big public projects ranging from railways to telecoms

Macron is the man ! Leader of the EU.. Hail Macron.“The Commission has already tried to push its reciprocity strategy twice but failed because of opposition from Northern European countries such as Britain and Sweden.”

Another thing I like is that the EU is not the first to take measures. I find it reassuring to know that the EU is not prone to be ‘trigger happy’, not prone to be ‘conflict happy’ and isn’t prone to go in half-cocked, as opposed to the h.t. US president who is prone to be all three. Just ask Brexit Britain which is acclaiming its plans to ‘trade with the world’ and Italy . Except that the more rabid EU bashers won’t.

Not that they would care at all if they did. They’d just turn around to scream how ineffectual countries are that try to show some responsibility in whom they trade with and how ‘populist’ it it to use one’s negotiating position to demand a little bit of reciprocity. Like poster ‘Mike’.

Good

Great news China, the UK is open for business. You won't need to pay huge bribes to the likes of EmmanuelMacron or the old boy EU commission.

Communist Party of China ...is part of EVERY Realestate deal. There needs to be more scrutiny on all Chinese companies doing business in North America.

No doubt Trump will embrace them.

I'm surprised. But I suspect there's something we are not told. I think we need to know

The International Community must find a way to embrace Morally responsible Inclusivity. It is the Only Way.

The West preaches about the Free Market only when it benefits. Same old hypocrisy.
