SC said the accused held himself out as carrying on a fund management business without a license.

The SC says fund management is a regulated activity, and any person carrying out this activity needs to be licensed.

In a statement today, the SC said Muhamad Fadzli Jamaludin, 33, was charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court for holding himself out as carrying on a business in fund management without a license.
