The vendors will be operating out of a tent while the fire-damaged Brick Building undergoes repairs.

Displaced vendors from the Broad Street Market in Harrisburg have begun moving equipment into what will be their temporary home. Utilities are being connected and community members donated the land, plumbing and other services to help get the enclosed tent up and running soon. No official date has been set for the opening, but vendors hope it won't be much more than a month.

The project, which the city helped put together, was plagued by delays following the devastating fire last July which gutted the historic Brick Building. But city officials and vendors said Monday's move-in is a big step forward.Leon Glick, owner of Two Brothers BBQ said the opening will be 'overwhelming.' He's 'very excited' about coming back, having been a vendor at the market for 13 years.
