So far, the New Glasgow Farmers' Market has raised $96,000 from community donations towards the $7.1 million price tag for the expansion. The Municipality of Pictou County has contributed $45,000 and the town of New Glasgow has a 10 per cent commitment to cover the cost of the expansion.
