YANGON: Myanmar Railways (MR) reported that there have been 205 mine attacks in the area of railways and train stations, 163 mine attacks on railway bridges and 42 arson attacks on station buildings and staff housings in more than three years from February 1, 2021, to May 21, 2024.

It said the Madani government’s pro-development policies and encouraging innovation had given new life to the national economy.

It also said the Madani Economy framework aims for the national economy to grow at an average rate of 5.5% annually in the medium term, driven by investments that stimulate the local business ecosystem. In the post, the ministry also shared statistics on Malaysia’s market performance in the early stages of economic reform, which is one of the best in Asean as of May 20, 2024.
