I don’t know about you but my summer tan is long gone and I can’t rely on my sparse beach days in winter to give me a golden glow. A good fake tan can be hard to find; you want one that doesn’t leave you looking like an Oompa Loompa, that doesn’t smell too strong nor stain your sheets. Well Sol del Sur founders Chloe McCarthy and Tanya Grant had exactly the same issues and came up with the ultimate tanning formula.

The unprecedented success of the tan emerged after a glowing review from Philadelphia-based fashion influencer @meeghanm, oherwise known as Meeghan Mullin. She shared her love for the product with her 130,000 Instagram followers Sol del Sur only launched last October but has already amassed a cult following in both Australia and the US. Aussie influencer @mazlifestyle posted a heartfelt review about the tan in March to her mass Instagram following.
