Biker Jim’s founder Jim Pittenger is returning with a new popup hot dog and breakfast shop at Denver Milk Market. Pittenger stepped own from Biker Jim’s earlier this year. during a dispute with its majority investor, has opened a new popup restaurant inside Denver Milk Market, a Lower Downtown food hall.
The food hall was founded in 2018 by longtime local restaurateur Frank Bonanno .Denver-based Sage owns numerous hotels, restaurants and bars in Denver and elsewhere, including the Cruise Room, Polka Lola Social Club, Milepost Zero, Call Me Pearl, Kachina Cantina, the Oxford Hotel, the Maven Hotel, the Rally Hotel and the Crawford Hotel.
