The artist — born Collins Obinna Chibueze — said his contract with Kreshendo ended in 2019, allowing him to negotiate new deals. The 29-year-old singer-songwriter recently sued the company, alleging they engaged in dubious practices to prevent him from gaining control over his music, according to TMZ ;

Bonder added: 'Kreshendo and have instructed Warner not to provide plaintiff the total unrecouped balance related to advances made with respect to the compositions or has refused to authorize Warner to provide such information.' She was married to the Uncut Gems producer, 37, from 2018 to 2022, and they share 3-year-old son Sylvester 'Sly' Apollo.

During a recent interview, Emily opened up about dating following her divorce from Sebastian in 2022 and failed flings with celebrities such as Pete Davidson
