Ekin-Su Culculoglu has opened up about her split from Davide Sanclimenti, suggesting that fame changed the dynamics of their relationship. The 30 year old Love Island winner, who met Davide, 29, on the hit ITV2 show in 2022, parted ways with him in June 2023.
She stressed the importance of staying grounded and not basing a relationship on social media validation, saying: "It's about being grounded and not facing a relationship on social media and how many likes we can get."The reality star, who also had a stint on Dancing On Ice, faced backlash during her Celebrity Big Brother stint earlier this year, shortly after her split from Davide.
She said: "For me, look, Celebrity Big Brother is a great show and I don't regret it. I do understand that it was the wrong time for me to go on the show, mainly because I was healing. I wasn't healed. I was very defensive. When I look back at myself, I can't recognise myself. Mentioning Love Island all the time, being all self-defensive.
