China's electric vehicle (EV) makers, after initially finding success in the premium segment, are now encountering a slowdown in sales of high-end models. Analysts attribute this to several factors including market saturation and the overall slowdown in the EV market.

After initially gaining traction in the high-end market once dominated by BMW and Mercedes-Benz, China’s electric vehicle (EV) makers are now facing a slowdown in premium model sales, analysts predict.
