'I love bagpipes to tell you the truth,' Dobbs said. 'And I love an attorney general who can do this.'

Dobbs compared Barr to former special counsel Robert Mueller during a segment slamming supposed efforts to undermine President Donald Trump. Criticizing the Russia probe, he referred to Mueller as a"controversial and highly partisan prosecutor with a career built on failures."

Touting Barr as the"anti-Mueller," Dobbs described him as"smart…principled and successful." Showing a clip of the attorney general's musical performance, he added:"As you can see, and better [hear], very talented musically." The presenter continued:"I love bagpipes to tell you the truth. And I love an attorney general who can do this to kick off a convention of prosecutors."

Barr's performance, Dobbs added, demonstrated"how an intellectually, professionally secure leader" opens such an event. Attorney General William Barr gestures as he testifies before the Senate Judiciary Committee May 1, 2019 in Washington, DC. Barr testified on the Justice Department's investigation of Russian interference with the 2016 presidential election.Twitter users responded strongly to Barr's performance and Dobbs' reaction."Wtf did I just watch?" one user wrote on a thread started by user Brandon Karet.

I don’t care! Do you?

I bet he 'd do better if he stuck the blowpipe up his A-- Cause that's where he speaks from

Bag of wind

Stop this propaganda !

That the same Lou Dobbs who leaked the identity and privacy details of the child who accused Trump of sexual abuse so she would receive enough death threats to drop the case? I think I'd rather not watch Fox anything.

I love AGs who don't block subpoenas. I couldn't care less if they are musically talented. I like ones who follow the rule of law and the Constitution.

Why would I watch lou dobbs?
