Now on its 10th year, Asia CEO Awards seeks to recognize the accomplishments of individuals and organizations that have done the most to develop the economic capacity of the country.

A number of business leaders, who have made a name for themselves in various fields, are set to take the spotlight anew as the prestigious Asia CEO Awards unfolds on Tuesday, October 15, at the Marriot Hotel Grand Ballroom in Pasay.

The criteria include an evaluation of their effective innovative style of management, concern for human resources and the environment, and social responsibility toward the greater community, among others. The Asia CEO Awards will also bring the Philippines to the limelight, as a number of local C-Suite Level of executives have contributed immensely to promoting our country as one of the region's premier business destinations, perceived by our global partners today as a burgeoning center of economic growth.

The annual awardees are selected from a number of nominees per category, by a prestigious and renowned Board of Judges composed of: former Ambassador to the United States and Central Bank Governor Jose Cuisia; former Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima; former Managing Director for Asia Pacific, Europe and MEA for Convergys Marife Zamora; University of Asia and the Pacific director and economist Dr. Bernie Villegas; former Pag-Ibig CEO Atty.

Asia CEO Awards is the largest business awards event in the Philippines, and the largest event of its kind in Southeast Asia. Its purpose is to promote the Philippines as a premier business destination.
