BUSINESS tycoon AN Halim Saad is the latest bidder for highway concessionnaire PLUS Malaysia Bhd, reportsHalim and another businessman Wong Gian Kui have made an offer of RM5.2 billion for Khazanah Nasional Bhd 51% stake in PLUS. If we pursue this route, it is better to allow the PLUS contract to run out...for very obvious reasons. Khazanah shld not be the mother to all concessionairs..
