Mr Corbyn says Labour will upgrade infrastructure across the country with £250bn over 10 years.Another £150bn will go into schools, hospitals, care homes and housing over five years.The Labour leader says the PM's Brexit deal won't get Brexit done, instead it will be years of negotiations.He says the NHS will be separate from any deal and they will make that binding by law.
