CNBC's Jim Cramer makes the case for investors sticking with the homebuilder despite a Goldman downgrade.

Jim Cramer's daily rapid fire looks at stocks in the news outside the CNBC Investing Club portfolio. Verizon : Shares dropped 6% after the telecom giant's quarterly revenue missed Wall Street estimates. Earnings per share matched expectations. "Buy T-Mobile ," Jim Cramer said. "Disappointment is just a constant . Buy T-Mobile." Abercrombie & Fitch : JPMorgan upgraded the retailer's stock to a buy-equivalent rating from neutral. Shares rose about 1% Monday.

Micron : Shares were basically flat after Citigroup analysts opened on a negative catalyst watch on the chip stock. "Good luck," Cramer said. International Flavors & Fragrances : Shares jumped 2% after Stifel upgraded the ingredient's manufacturer to buy from hold. "Franchise is just coming back big time. I really like this call," Cramer said.
