Walmart , the country's largest retailer, rose more than 0.2%, while shares of Target and Costco , advanced 0.6% and 0.3%, respectively. Robinhood – The brokerage firm climbed 3% premarket, continuing a postelection rally, after the SEC approved the creation of a 24-hour stock exchange by startup 24 Exchange, paving the way for round-the-clock trading.
