The governor encourages everyone to visit local small businesses during the holiday season, especially on Small Business Saturday, to support the community and boost the state's economy. Alabama's small businesses account for 80% of the state's job growth and employ 802,607 Alabamians, representing 46.7% of the state's workforce.
