President-elect Donald Trump vowed to rename the Gulf of Mexico to the “Gulf of America” in honor of the U.S. He made the comment during a press conference at Mar-a-Lago, which followed Congress’ certification of his win in the presidential election. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., supported Trump’s Greenland push last month, calling it a matter of national security during an interview with Fox News. “When you talk about securing our nation, that is where Greenland comes into the conversation and being strategic and how we’re going to keep this nation safe,' Sen.
