These Dow stocks — including Goldman Sachs — win big when rates are rising like they are now

Paying them interest on the money they parked at the Fed Reserve is a wrong way to use for tightening monetary. Taxpayers are subsidizing these banks. The Fed should go back to using reserve ratio or selling Treasuries.

...and because the American Tax Payer bailed them out. Don't forget about that, please, when you tout about Banks and Financial Firms "winning" something. Thanks.
