For Career Advice, Women Seek Mentors Outside Their Companies

That, or people are worried of sexual harassment accusations.

Then they can find a mentor outside of their company. Not that difficult.

clearly not true. mentoring of younger women has been done before. just not the way we claim to want in these 'modern' times.

So, are younger men also having trouble finding mentors because no one has done their job, either? Or, are these younger women the only ones doimg completely new jobs (and, no men are doing them)?
