“Through the Department of Telecommunications and Postal Services, government is forging partnerships with key industries in the information, communication and technology sector to implement programmes that prepare our youth for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. These programmes include the training of young people in various disciplines that are related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. These disciplines include coding that are analytics and block chain.
