The 10-year Treasury yield is up 0.11 percentage points on Wednesday, climbing toward 5%. The change isn't even as dramatic as some seen in recent weeks, when 5% became 4.85% in a matter of hours. But, it extends the run of wild swings for the supposedly safest asset in the world.
