Suncorp said employees need to follow the hybrid working plans they agreed to with their managers, but it had not brought in hard-and-fast rules about office attendance.In principle, it means failing to comply with their hybrid working plans could see employees lose a small amount of their bonuses.
Origin introduced a 40 per cent office attendance rule for its office-based workforce in September 2020, which it says is a "modest" expectation.
