Arriva has revealed plans to cancel the 521 service from Shrewsbury to Newport, used by a host of pupils who attend both Haberdashers' Adams and Newport Girls High School.The route only operates in the morning and the afternoon – from Monday to Friday during term time.
A joint letter from both schools to affected parents outlines how the service will now continue to the end of the school year – and says plans are being looked at for the next school year.
