Miroslav and his wife Srebrina also own a second home on the same street which they have also renovated. Another neighbour said that they would likely put their house on the market if he received the £3.5m price. "Most of the little houses along here range from £1.3-1.8million depending on what they have done to them."Viewers on social media lambasted the price saying London's prices were "crazy".Another said: "Who's paying £3.5 million for a four bed semi-detached? It's absurd."HAPPY BIRTH-DALY!The property giant believes that semi-detached homes like Miroslav's can sell for £4.2million.
