V. Manikandamurthy, 44, and Syed Abdul Haleem Syed Ibramsa, 42, were charged with abetment by taking down an advertisement board belonging to Seni Jaya Sdn Bhd at the Damansara-Puchong Expressway intersection in Park City Village, Sentul between 12.30am and 10am on August 3 last year.
The charge, under Section 109 of the Penal Code and read with Section 427 of the same law for committing mischief, provides imprisonment for up to five years or with a fine or both, upon conviction.
