Five years on from the Stoneygate Masterplan and whether it will finally fix Church StreetPreston’s Flag Market is being transformed into a festival of football during this summer’s Euros.

Deadline for entries is Thursday 13 June at 2pm, you and all those with you must be over-18 and you must be available to attend on the 16 June. Winner is chosen at random and will be contacted directly by the organisers. You will need to supply the names and dates of birth of all those attending with you to the organisers.
