Global Invacom Group terminates proposed acquisition of Tactilis

SATELLITE communications equipment provider Global Invacom Group and vendor, Tactilis Pte Limited, have decided to mutually terminate GInva’s proposed acquisition of Tactilis Sdn Bhd.

“There were difficulties in fulfilling all of the conditions precedent in the SPA,” said GInva in the SGX announcement.
