Hang On: Investors will have to wade through new concern about tariffs and the U.S.-China trade war before the Uber Technologies initial public offering arrives later this week. Also, ride-hailing rival Lyft reports earnings after the market closes on Tuesday. Lyft stock is down 13% from its offering price. We will see if Uber shares can do better out of the gate.
