An investigation into Westville Prison incidences has revealed that there was maladministration of the facility.
This follows the circulation of a cellphone video showing prisoners and warders allegedly snorting what appears to be cocaine, and smoking other drugs inside their jail cells.
More accountability & Transparency tactics must be put in place for people who are occupying such strategic positions in our Government Departments.
This a serious security breach
Why prison authorities do not separate smoking prisoners from those who don't smoke, and don't want to stay with smokers? Too much corruption there.
Prisoners should have cellphones but not with camera the cheapest ones tht will only call family nd friends
