When asked if STL operations should best be given to PAGCOR, Domingo said they will follow what President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered. Last week, PCSO board member Sandra Cam said STL operations must be under PAGCOR or the Gaming Amusement Board so PCSO can concentrate on charity activities. "Automation certainly makes it really more efficient and it would prevent a lot of the bad things that are happening now," said Domingo.
