Finance Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Zafrul Abdul Aziz said that as of Oct 9, the approved subsidies totalling RM11.996bil would benefit 322,134 employers and 2.6 million employees.
Zafrul also said that the government had approved RM899.58mil in loans from 3,964 applications under the Penjana SME financing initiative to assist Small and Medium Enterprises . Zaful also said that a total of 11.36 million people have successfully received RM50 in their eWallets, amounting to RM567.9mil under the eWallet credit programme which ended on Sept 30.
