that Victor Manuel Funez Cruz, 59, has been charged with murder in the death of Edith Margarita Martinez, 59, Tuesday. He is being held in the Colbert County Jail without bond.
Officers arriving at the business just before 1 p.m. found Martinez lying on the ground dead with “severe head injuries.”
