TORONTO — Some of the most active companies traded Tuesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange: Toronto Stock Exchange (19,020.92, down 156.26 points): Toronto-Dominion Bank. (TSX:TD). Finance. Down 76 cents, or 0.95 per cent, to $79.65 on 16.

Toronto Stock Exchange :TC Energy Corp. . Energy. Up 25 cents, or 0.55 per cent, to $46 on 14.5 million shares.Canopy Growth Corp. . Health care. Down nine cents, or 8.82 per cent, to 93 cents on 7.4 million shares.

Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc. . Health care. Up $6.97, or 57.51 per cent, to $19.09. Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc. has signed an agreement to be taken private by its largest shareholder in a deal that values the company at about $916 million. Under the letter of intent, Persistence Capital Partners has offered to pay $20.50 per share in cash for the stake in the company it does not already own.
