The Digital Ministry, through its agency CyberSecurity Malaysia (CSM), has upgraded the cybersecurity laboratory facilities, which have received accreditation and recognition at the international level, the Senate was told on March 18.

JOHOR BARU: A tour company director offering pilgrimage packages has been slapped with 16 counts of failing to comply with a Consumer Claims Tribunal order to refund RM131,890 to eight individuals.

Each charge was framed under Section 117 of the Consumer Protection Act 1999, which carries a fine of up to RM10,000, a jail term of up to two years, or both, upon conviction. Suhana had requested bail to be set at RM2,000 for each charge, as the case involved public interest.
