Today, I’m talking with Rivian CEO and founder RJ Scaringe. RJ was on the show last September when we chatted at the Code Conference, but the past 10 months have seen a whirlwind of change throughout the car industry — and at Rivian in particular.
What we’ve done is try to ensure that, to the extent possible, the many millions of decisions we’ll make over the course of developing a product feel as if one single brain made all those decisions. We talk a lot about the philosophy of how we make decisions.
