The Company announced a trading moratorium for its CEO and CFO, restricting their ability to trade securities until the Annual Filings are completed and the moratorium is lifted. This action follows the issuance of a Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) by Canadian securities regulators. The MCTO also impacted the timely filing of the Company's interim financial statements for the three months ended September 30, 2024.
